Police Clearance

To apply for a police clearance from Lebanon, you need to provide the following:

1- A signed letter including the applicant:

- Full name, nationality, place and date of birth.
- Address and date of work in Lebanon.
- Reason for applying for a police certificate.
- Full address and telephone number in Canada.

1- Two photocopies of the passport first page and all stamped pages by the Lebanese authorities.

* This formality is free of charge and may take up to four months to be obtained from Lebanon.
